Be mindful for your ambition

We are ambitious people. We want to do more each day. We want to do better each day. We want to be happy each day. We want to have fun each day…

The list can go on.

Then we feel we are short to realize all of these ambitions. We may beat ourselves hard by self-criticizing, self-doubts, self-punishments.

Please be mindful and give us a break, a hug, a high five for our ambitions.

We often are our own worst enemy. We are hard on ourselves.

  • Please be generous to ourselves when you give your generosity to others.
  • Please forgive ourselves when you can forgive others.
  • Please be graceful to ourselves when you show your grace to others.
  • Please smile to ourselves when you smile to others…

Only when we mind ourselves well, we can mind others and the environment we live.
