Remarkable and things…

When I learned the remarkable, this word means extraordinary, exceptional, amazing, marvelous, outstanding, phenomenal, impressive, incredible… anything about remarkable is very good and positive.

Until one day, someone said, “Trump is remarkable.” This alerted me, not because the person said is Trump’s fan. It’s opposite.

Then I heard someone I admire said, “remarkable means something or someone is unusual, extraordinary, or worth of attention, or worth of remark…”

In a matter of fact, remarkable can be positive or negative depending on the content, even though many people like me think the word only means positive.

This explains!

I still like the word remarkable. I have fuller understanding of the word. I want to be remarkable!

To be remarkable, we need to contribute, produce, and create whatever we are doing in life. While doing and living our lives, we help others by offering our understanding, assertions, and empathy through giving remark, which is probably the most easy way to achieve remarkable for people like me. Then reciprocally these will help us to grow, create and remarkable.

  • Be curious, asking open or clarifying questions to loved ones, friends and family members, colleagues, and strangers. Everyone wants to be seen, to be noticed, to be connected.
  • Be empathetic, seeing things from others’ eyes, minds; offering understanding, mirroring what you see others, creating space for others.
  • Be generous, making time for oneself, loved ones, friends, colleagues, and people need; providing insights (not opinions) to others; being there with people deserve you.

Things can happen with these gestures, actions.

Start with little, bit by bit, day by day…

Remarkable happens when you focus on small step of contribution each day.

International Women’s Day

Today is the International Women’s Day.

I got to the building where I work. There are more people at the door and in the lobby. Someone came to me and handed me a fresh red rose, greeted me “Happy Women’s Day!”

All ladies coming in the building got the greeting and roses. Big smile on every lady’s face.

A beautiful day starts with beautiful red rose!

UN says that the International Women’s was initially emerged from the turn of twenth century by activists from North America and Europe. Now many countries celebrate this Day for women’s equality.

Women’s equality needs come from both genders. Men’s understanding and support are crucial for the equality. Women’s self awareness of our right, independence, and live through this awareness are crucial towards the equality.

We are all equal in spirit, with the same dignity, no matter who you are.

This is a good day to remind everyone that we all live for a better moment: a moment to be understood, to be respected, to be happy.

Let your music out

Today I decided to start my daily blog.

Once I made the decision, I did a quick search for a free blog site. I found the WordPress. I use the name Molly as my site name.

The WordPress did a initial search and list some names available for me to choose from. The only free name is Molly.music.com.

I think this name is pretty cool. Molly is going to let her music out!

Somebody said, everyone has music inside of her, don’t let your music die with you.

This site will be let Molly’s music sing, let Molly grow each day, let Molly contribute 1% better to her day and whom reads her blog.

Today , March 7 2019, the music began.
